Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating a WealthOS account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use WealthOS. WealthOS is a product of Credeer.

2. The service

WealthOS helps you track personal finances such as net worth, goals, budgets, cash flow, investments, liabilities, and forecasts. Features may change over time as we improve the product.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Your data

You own the financial data you enter. We store and process it to provide the service (for example syncing across devices and calculating summaries). You can request deletion of your account and associated data subject to legal retention requirements.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse WealthOS — including attempting to access other users’ data, disrupt the service, reverse engineer unprotected parts of the product, or use it for unlawful purposes.

6. No financial advice

WealthOS provides tools and estimates for personal organization. It is not investment, tax, legal, or financial advice. Decisions you make based on the app are your responsibility.

7. Availability

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or modify features for maintenance, security, or product reasons.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Credeer and WealthOS are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made using forecasts or summaries.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
