1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Credeer (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use WealthOS. By using WealthOS, you agree to this Policy.

2. Information we collect

Account information such as email address and authentication details (including when you sign in with Google). Financial information you choose to enter, such as assets, liabilities, income, expenses, budgets, goals, investments, and related notes. Technical information such as device/browser type, IP address, and basic usage logs needed to operate and secure the service.

3. How we use information

We use your information to provide and improve WealthOS — including syncing your data, calculating summaries and forecasts, authenticating your account, preventing abuse, and communicating service-related notices. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Storage and processors

WealthOS stores application data in cloud infrastructure operated by trusted providers (including Supabase for authentication and database hosting, and our hosting provider for the web app). These processors only handle data as needed to run the service under appropriate safeguards.

5. Sharing

We do not share your personal financial data with third parties for their marketing. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or with service providers who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.

6. Cookies and local storage

We use essential cookies and browser storage (such as local storage) to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and operate the app. These are required for core functionality rather than advertising.

7. Data retention

We retain your account and financial data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove or anonymize associated personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain limited records for legal, security, or accounting reasons.

8. Security

We use industry-standard protections such as encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls, and authenticated cloud storage. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; please use a strong password and protect your devices.

9. Your choices

You can access and update information in the app, disconnect Google sign-in where applicable, and request account deletion. You may also contact us with privacy questions or requests related to your data.

10. Children

WealthOS is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. International use

Your information may be processed in countries where we or our providers operate. By using WealthOS, you understand that your data may be transferred to and processed in those locations with appropriate protections.

12. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
